Description

Rubber & Silicone molding is a manufacturing process whereby an amount of uncured rubber or silicone is transformed into a usable product.  

There are 3 types of Rubber & Silicone molding process:

Placing a predetermined amount of rubber compound directly into the mold cavity and then compressing it into the shape of the cavity by closing the two sides of the mold.  

-Rubber injection molding

এই রাবার এবং সিলিকন ছাঁচনির্মাণ প্রক্রিয়ায় অস্থায়ী রাবারের যৌগটি ছাঁচে ইনজেকশনের আগে তরল পদার্থে উত্তপ্ত করা হয়। পরবর্তী ইনজেকশনটি পাওয়ার জন্য পণ্যটি তাদের বিক্রয় করে আবার বন্ধ করে প্রকাশ করা হয়।

-Rubber transfer molding

এই রাবার এবং সিলিকন moldালাই প্রক্রিয়া চলাকালীন অপরিশোধিত রাবার বা সিলিকন যৌগটি পছন্দসই পণ্যের আকারে অ্যাপারচারের মাধ্যমে আকর্ষণের জন্য বাধ্য হওয়ার আগে the â œpotâ called নামক ছাঁচের পাশে স্থাপন করা হয়। নিরাময় হয়ে গেলে, ছাঁচটি চূড়ান্ত পণ্যটি বিভক্ত করে।

Resistant to exposure to high and low temperatures, is very flexible and has good weather resistance.

As a strong multi-purpose material, it can be used in a large number of rubber molding solutions. It has good fire resistant and abrasion properties and is frequently used in the manufacture of mass transit and transportation equipment

-Natural Rubber

-SBR (Styrene butadiene)
